When we put great food into our bodies, we expect to be nourished. We can often feel the impact of a good meal throughout our day. When we put good things in, good things happen. It’s the same with relationships, work and life in general. The better the ingredients, the better the outcome.
The thing we often forget about is the system itself. If we are putting great food into a system that has been compromised and exhausted, the results can feel confusing. Our rich nutrients are not giving us the benefits we expect because we simply can’t absorb them.
It’s wonderful to see my patients experience the results of their treatments. Not only do they find a significant improvement in their digestive symptoms, but they also experience the wave of higher energy, and improved health that good digestion brings.
